 - Tuesday 7am-8am & 5pm-6pm

 - Thursday 5pm-6pm

 - Saturday 7am-8am

CrossFit: 

Monday:

6am - 9am / 12:30pm / 3pm-7pm

Tuesday:

6am - 9am / 12:30pm / 3pm-7pm

Wednesday:

6am - 9am / 3pm-7pm

Thursday:

6am - 9am / 3pm-7pm

Friday:

6am - 9am / 12:30pm / 3pm-6pm

Mobility: Monday 7pm-8pm

Endurance: Tuesday 7pm-8pm

Gymnastics: Thursday 5pm-6pm

*All classes are 1 hour in length
