GOLDEN HOUR

Our CFKV Golden Hour class is designed for adults aged 55+ and up who want to stay active, strong, and independent. We focus on functional fitness—movements that mimic everyday activities like like lifting objects, getting up from the floor and sitting and standing out of a chair. With a supportive community and mindful coaching, you’ll safely build strength, improve balance and mobility, and boost your overall quality of life. Train alongside a friendly and encouraging group of peers. The supportive environment makes exercising fun and motivating, helping you stay consistent with your fitness goals.

  • Classes Offered Twice per Week: Tuesday & Thursday @ 9am

  • Golden Hour Members Have Access to Wednesday 9am Yoga

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

EXPERT COACHING

Our experienced coaches specialize in tailoring the CrossFit methodology for older athletes. You’ll receive personalized attention, with every exercise scaled to your individual fitness level and needs.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS

We incorporate a constantly varied mix of bodyweight exercises, light resistance training (e.g., dumbbells, kettlebells, bands), light barbell work , and cardio. We focus on proper form and technique to reduce injury risk and maximize results.

COMPREHENSIVE WELLNESS

Beyond the physical benefits, our classes will improve cardiovascular health, boost cognitive function, and enhance emotional well-being.

ENHANCED MOBILITY & BALANCE

Our programming is designed to combat the natural effects of aging by improving joint integrity, flexibility, and coordination. This directly reduces the risk of falls and makes daily tasks easier.
