Olympic Lifting

Our Olympic Lifting classes are designed for all skill levels, whether you’re a seasoned lifter looking to refine your technique or a beginner aiming to take your lifts to the next level. The focus of these sessions is to help athletes improve form, master technique, and safely execute explosive movements in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

 

Through proper coaching and deliberate practice, you’ll develop better body awareness, alignment, and coordination, allowing you to lift more efficiently and safely. By learning to move your body correctly under load, these classes not only enhance your Olympic lifts but also improve overall strength, power, and general fitness, translating into better performance in CrossFit WODs, sports, and daily life.

Gymnastics

Our Gymnastics class at CFKV is all about learning to move your body with precision, strength, and awareness. Each session is carefully structured to break down complex movements into clear, achievable drills, giving you a deep understanding of movement mechanics. Whether you’re practicing handstands, pull-ups, or more advanced skills like muscle-ups, every drill is designed to improve your strength, control, confidence and efficiency.

Gymnastics is one of the fundamental building blocks of CrossFit. Mastery of these movements enhances strength, posture, balance, and overall body control—skills that translate directly into improved performance across all aspects of fitness, from lifting heavier safely to moving more efficiently in daily activities.

Engine

Our Engine class is designed to transform the way athletes move, perform, and recover. Whether your goal is to dominate a CrossFit WOD, prep for a HYROX competition, or simply elevate your fitness, this class focuses on building aerobic capacity, improving pacing, and expanding overall work capacity through short, high-intensity intervals that challenge both body and mind.

Endurance is more than just cardiovascular fitness—it’s the balance of power, speed, efficiency, and resilience. That’s why each session is carefully programmed to strengthen these components while also improving recovery, promoting injury prevention, and tracking measurable progress over time.

No two classes are exactly the same. Our sessions combine multiple modalities and equipment to keep workouts fresh, challenging, and highly effective, including:

  • Rowers & Echo Bikes to build cardiovascular power and endurance

  • Bodyweight movements to enhance strength, mobility, and coordination

  • Sled pushes and pulls for functional power and explosiveness

  • Dumbbells & Kettlebells to develop strength endurance and full-body conditioning

 

This variety ensures that every athlete—whether beginner or advanced—can train safely, develop across multiple fitness domains, and see continuous progress.

Mobility

Our Mobility class is designed to enhance flexibility, joint mobility, and body awareness, helping you move more efficiently both in CrossFit and in everyday life.

Each session begins with a flowing sequence to warm the body, improve breath awareness, and connect movement with mindful focus. From there, the class transitions into targeted joint and muscle-specific exercises, drills, and activation sequences, all designed to improve range of motion, joint health, and movement quality.

Whether your goal is to increase mobility, prevent injuries, or improve your performance in CrossFit, this class provides the tools and guidance to help you move with more strength, control, and confidence.

SWEAT

No-Fuss Fitness: Move, Sweat, Repeat

This class is 45–50 minutes of fun, no-fuss fitness designed for all levels. There’s no focus on skill progressions or technique refinements—just a straightforward, energizing workout that helps you build consistency, get your heart pumping, and break a sweat.

Workouts are simple, effective, and scalable for any fitness level. We use minimal equipment, and there’s always a pure bodyweight option, so you can show up and just move—no stress, no pressure, just results.

More and more, athletes are turning to yoga to complement their training and unlock their personal best. Our Yoga class is specifically structured to support this goal, focusing on flexibility, joint mobility, breath awareness, core strength, and balance.

Each session guides you through poses and sequences designed to increase range of motion, improve posture, and build functional strength, helping you move more efficiently in your workouts, prevent injuries, and recover more effectively.
