At CFKV, fitness isn’t just about workouts—it’s about belonging. Our members come from all walks of life—different ages, abilities, and fitness levels—but every class is a place where everyone feels welcome. Here, strangers become teammates, teammates become friends, and together, we push each other to be our best.

CrossFit is different from traditional fitness programs because it combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, cardiovascular training, and functional movements in constantly varied workouts. Instead of repeating the same routine day after day, CrossFit challenges your body in new ways, building strength, endurance, mobility, and overall fitness simultaneously. This approach not only improves performance in daily life and sports but also makes each workout dynamic, engaging, and rewarding.

Every workout at CFKV is thoughtfully designed to include everyone, no matter your starting point. Using a method called “scaling,” the same workout is adapted to each person’s ability and goals. That means whether you’re lifting a barbell for the first time, running your first row, or chasing a personal record, you can train safely, effectively, and confidently—alongside people who are right there with you.

ON-Ramp Starter Program

Your CrossFit journey begins with our Introduction to CrossFit program. This comprehensive onboarding experience includes five one-on-one sessions with a dedicated coach, allowing you to build confidence in a supportive and personalized environment. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience, offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle.

Throughout the program, you will be introduced to foundational movements, experience the structure of a typical class, and take part in engaging and appropriately challenging Workouts of the Day (WODs).

The On-Ramp curriculum focuses on five key movement categories: squats, deadlifts, overhead pressing, Olympic lifting, and gymnastics. Each session is designed with a specific skill focus, emphasizing proper technique, safe execution, and progressive development. Your coach will provide clear demonstrations, guided practice, and individualized feedback, along with scaling options tailored to your current fitness level.

This structured approach ensures you feel prepared, confident, and set up for success as you transition into regular classes.

CrossFit Kids

At CrossFit Kemptville, we recognize the importance of building healthy fitness habits at every stage of life. We believe that movement is essential to long-term well-being, and helping our younger members move well and safely is our top priority.

Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to foster a lifelong love of exercise in a fun, supportive, and structured environment. Classes incorporate a wide variety of movements and team based games—including calisthenics, running, biking, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting—all under the guidance of certified coaches.

Each one-hour session focuses on age-appropriate skill development, proper technique, and safe movement patterns. Participants then apply what they’ve learned in engaging and appropriately challenging workouts, ensuring both progress and enjoyment.

Program Details:
• 6-week training blocks
• Classes held Saturday mornings
• Ages 7–11

CrossFit FitFam

Our CrossFit FitFam program is a unique opportunity for families to train, play, and grow stronger together. Designed to bring parents and children side by side, this experience blends structured coaching with a fun, high-energy atmosphere that makes fitness something the whole family can look forward to.

Through a dynamic mix of functional movements, games, and partner-based workouts, each session is crafted to be engaging, interactive, and appropriately challenging for all participants. It’s not just about fitness—it’s about creating shared experiences, building confidence, and developing healthy habits together.

FitFam is perfect for seasoned CrossFit athletes who want to share their passion with their children, as well as families new to the gym looking for a fresh, exciting way to stay active and connected.

Program Details:
• 6-week training blocks
• Saturday morning sessions
• Ages 7–11

• Open to any families to register. Family members do not have to be members of CFKV.

CrossFit Teens

Our CrossFit Teens program is designed to help teens aged 12–15 grow stronger, faster, and more confident—whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started. Each class combines age-appropriate weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity training, giving you the chance to improve overall fitness, develop athletic performance, and gain skills that last a lifetime.

CrossFit Teens goes beyond physical development. Every session helps teens build confidence, self-discipline, and resilience. You’ll learn how to set goals, manage challenges, and stay accountable—skills that translate into school, sports, and everyday life. Problem-solving, focus, and mental toughness are all part of the journey, helping you face challenges both in and out of the gym.

Social growth is just as important. Our classes create a high-energy, supportive, and judgment-free space where you’ll train alongside peers who motivate and challenge you. You’ll learn to encourage others, celebrate progress together, and experience the power of teamwork—while having fun and enjoying a sense of accomplishment every class.

Whether you’re here to push personal limits, complement sport-specific training, or simply get active in a fun, structured environment, CrossFit Teens gives you the tools, confidence, and community to thrive.

CKFV Golden Hour

Our CFKV Golden Hour program is thoughtfully designed for adults aged 55+ who want to stay active, strong, and independent—not just for today, but for years to come.

This program is rooted in the belief that movement is one of the most powerful tools for healthy aging. Each class focuses on functional fitness, with exercises that support everyday activities like lifting, reaching, and getting up and down with ease. By consistently working on strength, balance, mobility, and coordination, you’re investing in your long-term health, reducing the risk of injury, and maintaining the freedom to do the things you love.

With attentive coaching and a personalized approach, you’ll be guided through each session at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re returning to fitness or continuing an active lifestyle, our goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and supported every step of the way.

Just as important as the physical benefits is the sense of connection. Golden Hour is more than a class—it’s a community. You’ll be surrounded by friendly, like-minded individuals who encourage one another, celebrate progress, and share in the journey toward better health. It’s an environment that makes staying consistent feel natural—and even something to look forward to.

Classes held twice per week:

  • Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 AM

 

Golden Hour members also have access to Wednesday 9:00 AM yoga.
