BENEFITS OF TEAM TRAINING
+ Team training is an efficient way to work on the likely shared general movement patterns and deficiencies we see in specific sport athletes. These can include dryland conditioning / off-season training, in-season strength programming, specific motor skill development and athletic movement delivered in a group format. We work closely with coaches and athletes to tailor programming to support and be integrated into the team's current training and season status. It is also a great team-building activity for off-season teams to keep everyone training hard and working towards a common goal.
