Here at CrossFit Kemptville know the importance of emboding a healthy fitness routine at any stage in life! Movement is medicine and getting our younger members moving WELL and SAFELY is our #1 priority!

CrossFit Kids program, we help kids to love exercise through the combination of calisthenics, running, biking, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting in a supervised and controlled environment. Certified coaches use age-appropriate skills, technique drills and equipment through a 1-hour length class to review proper movement patterns then practice that learnt in a challenging, but fun workout!

CrossFit FitFam program, is a unique opportunity for parents and kids to train together and make fitness a family affair. It's a structured, yet playful, introduction to functional movement, designed to be fun, engaging, and challenging for everyone involved. This class is for parents and children who want to connect and get active in a dynamic, social setting. It’s a great fit for seasoned CrossFitters who want to share their passion with their children, or for families new to the gym looking for an activity to do together.

CrossFit Teens program, is a strength and conditioning program designed for both athletes and non-athletes. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as to establish a lifetime love of fitness. Our Teens develop self-accountability and confidence! We are geared towards improving self-esteem, attention span, problem-solving capabilities and their ability to handle different stressors both physically and mentally. Whether your teen is looking for a stand-alone strength and conditioning program, or additional training to supplement their sport specific training, our CrossFit Teens classes are committed to helping them achieve their goals in a fun, judgment free environment surrounded by their peers.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
BUILD STRENGTH
We coach and preach form and technique to help develop movement patterns that will improve athleticism and performance, whether for daily play or for a specific sport. Through strength training will help with physical readiness and limit injury potential.
TEAMWORK & LEADERSHIP
Group classes teach teamwork. Partner workouts and fitness games help teach kids how to lead others through inspiration, motivation and encouragement!
HEALTHY HABITS
Our classes help kids develop an exercise routine that they can stick to as they grow up. Through our skill and age progression programming, we can scale and adjust their training to match with their skill/experience level.
CONFIDENCE
Our kids develop self-accountability and confidence! Challenging skills, drills and workouts that push them outside their comfort zones. We are geared towards improving self-esteem, attention span, problem-solving capabilities and their ability to handle different stressors both physically and mentally.
