CROSSFIT
KIDS / Teens

In our CrossFit Kids program, we help kids to love exercise through the combination of calisthenics, running, biking, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting in a supervised and controlled environment. Certified coaches use age-appropriate skills, technique drills and equipment through a 1-hour length class to review proper movement patterns then practice that learnt in a challenging, but fun workout!

 

We promote healthy fitness routines starting with our programs that begin with CrossFit Kids ages 7 to 11 or our CrossFit Teens for those between the ages of 12 to 15 years old.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

BUILD STRENGTH

We coach and preach form and technique to help develop movement patterns that will improve athleticism and performance, whether for daily play or for a specific sport. Through strength training will help with physical readiness and limit injury potential.

TEAMWORK & LEADERSHIP

Group classes teach teamwork. Partner workouts and fitness games help teach kids how to lead others through inspiration, motivation and encouragement!

HEALTHY HABITS

Our classes help kids develop an exercise routine that they can stick to as they grow up. Through our skill and age progression programming, we can scale and adjust their training to match with their skill/experience level.

CONFIDENCE

Our kids develop self-accountability and confidence! Challenging skills, drills and workouts that push them outside their comfort zones. We are geared towards improving self-esteem, attention span, problem-solving capabilities and their ability to handle different stressors both physically and mentally.
